Thank you for volunteering to lend a hand at the Printopia Festival. You don’t need any printmaking experience to volunteer – just an enthusiasm for print and people!

SET UP CREW - Assist with setting up the venue on the morning of the event.
OPENING NIGHT - Meet and greet visitors as they arrive, scan tickets.
VISITOR HOST - Meet and greet visitors as they arrive, hand out festival programmes,
PRINT DEMO ARTIST ASSISTANT - Assist the Print Demos facilitator.
PRINT TALKS ASSISTANT - Assist the Print Talks facilitator.
PRINT LAB ARTIST ASSISTANT - Assist with screen-printing, relief printing and letterpress artists .
TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT - Direct visitors as they arrive, manage traffic flow.
MERCH SALES PERSON - Manage the Printopia merch table in the Print Fair
Please note:
- You’ll need to arrive 15 minutes before your shift for an orientation.
- Lunch is on us! You’ll receive a meal voucher for Taco Loco Taqueria or Jo Bros Food Truck on site to enjoy some tasty, authentic tacos or a burger.
- We’ll give you a hand-screen-printed Printopia branded apron to wear during your shift and take home with you!
